Shipping & delivery policy

All products are shipped from our warehouse located in Mangaluru, Karnataka. We have established collaborations with reputable logistics partners to ensure swift and efficient deliveries.

Please make sure to sign the proof of delivery upon receiving your order. If you are unavailable to receive it, you can designate an alternative individual, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor, to accept the delivery on your behalf.

Kindly note that Earthy By Ellenza holds no responsibility for goods received and signed for by someone other than the intended recipient.

Coupon codes, gift cards, promotional codes, affiliate codes, or discount codes are applicable solely to products. Discounts are not valid for shipping charges, combos, or ongoing offers.

Orders exceeding Rs. 4000/- are eligible for FREE shipping (applicable only to Prepaid Orders). 

NOTE: FREE Shipping is not applicable during an ongoing sale.

Orders within Mangaluru (up to pin-code 575018) qualify for FREE shipping on all orders.

Shipping charges are applicable to orders outside of Mangaluru.

A default charge of Rs. 100/- is applied to Cash on Delivery orders.

Typically, our delivery timeframe ranges from 7 to 14 business days for orders across India. In exceptional circumstances, such as during festive seasons or due to external factors and natural calamities, there might be a slight delay in delivery.

Shipments will be delivered on weekdays (Monday to Saturday) between the hours of 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

You can cancel your COD or PREPAID order by sending us an email at support@earthybyellenza.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

In the case of a damaged product, please email us at support@earthybyellenza.com within 2 working days of receiving the package.

For any orders that are returned to the origin (RTO) due to customer unavailability, there will be a shipping fee of INR 60 applicable for re-shipping. The re-shipment of such orders will not be provided free of cost.

To address any shipping and delivery disputes, it is required that you inform us via email (support@earthybyellenza.com) within 48 hours. Ideally, it would be preferable to notify us within 24 hours for prompt resolution.

Please note that all Courier and Logistics Partners in India adhere to a policy whereby delivery-related disputes cannot be resolved if raised after 48 hours. Consequently, we might be limited in our ability to assist you with a resolution if not informed within this specified timeframe.
