1. What makes Glow up so effective?

Glow Up is formulated with 15% Ethyl Ascorbic acid which is the most potent form of Vitamin C. Ethyl Ascorbic Acid that is a water-soluble form of vitamin C which is stable and quick absorbing along with Ferulic Acid and Hyaluronic Acid that boosts the effectiveness of Vitamin C and promotes hydration.

2. How do I store Glow Up?

Store it in a cool and dry place. You can refrigerate it to preserve its potency.

3. Will Glow Up oxidize?

Vitamin C naturally oxidizes when it comes in contact with air, heat and sunlight. This is why our serum comes in a dark bottle to help slow down this process and ensure it lasts its full shelf life. We also recommend taking extra precautions by storing it appropriately.

4. How do I know if my serum has oxidized?

If your serum has oxidized you will notice a drastic change in colour, odour and difference in texture. If this happens, it’s time to toss it as it has lost its efficacy.

5. Can I use it if I have acne-prone skin?

We wouldn’t recommend Glow Up to acne-prone skin as it can irritate your skin.

6. Will this serum cause purging?

As with any active, this serum with its potent and powerful ingredients may cause purging. Skin purging by Vitamin C should not last more than 4-6 weeks.

7. Can I layer other types of serums/ingredients while using this product?

Layering benzoyl peroxide, retinol and AHA/BHA based products should be avoided to prevent your skin barrier from breaking. We recommend using it at separate times of the day instead or using it on alternate days.
